Return Refunds Policy

At Core Trading Enterprise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your container. Because moving large containers involves significant transport and heavy logistics, we’ve designed this policy to be as fair, clear, and straightforward as possible.

1. Delivery Day: Inspecting Your Container

We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your container the moment it arrives to ensure it matches the grade, specifications, and quality we agreed upon.

  • If it’s not what you ordered: If the unit is noticeably different from your order (for example, you ordered a Grade A and received a Grade C), you have the right to refuse the delivery right then and there.
  • Our promise: In these cases, we will gladly replace the unit or issue a full refund, and we will cover all the transport costs.

2. Changing Your Mind & Refunds

We understand that plans can change or unexpected situations come up. Here is how we handle returns and refunds to keep things as smooth as possible:

What Isn’t Covered: This 30-day promise doesn’t apply to damage caused by poor site preparation, overloading, or any changes made to the container after delivery. It also doesn’t cover the normal “fair wear and tear” you would expect for the specific age and grade of the unit you purchased.

The 30-Day Window: If you change your mind or encounter an issue with your container, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to find the best solution, whether that means repairing a fault, replacing the unit, or processing a refund.

3. Online Purchases

If you bought your container entirely online without physically inspecting it first, you have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to request a return. For these returns, the customer is simply responsible for covering the direct transport costs to get the unit back to our depot.

4. Important Logistics for Returns

If a return is approved, we need to be able to safely pick it up! The customer is responsible for ensuring the site is accessible for our crane trucks. If the container has been moved somewhere inaccessible or is blocked by other structures, we may need to charge for specialized recovery equipment.

5. How We Process Refunds

We aim to make getting your money back as smooth as possible.

  • Method: All approved refunds are paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) back into the original account used for the purchase.
  • Timeline: Once a refund is approved or your returned unit arrives back at our depot, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
  • What we need: We just need your valid tax invoice and a quickly signed “Reason for Return” form to get the process started.
